1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [6 or 12 months] from the date of purchase.

2. What This Warranty Covers

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Water or liquid damage (unless the product is explicitly labeled as waterproof)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Accidental damage or cosmetic defects (scratches, dents, etc.)


4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@plugmart.co.za or use our contact form on the website.

  2. Include Details: Provide your order number, product name, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if possible.

  3. Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary).

  4. Resolution: Upon inspection, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.


5. Return Shipping

In the case of a valid warranty claim:

  • Plugmart will cover return shipping costs for items reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Plugmart’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item and does not include compensation for any indirect damages or losses.
