Is PlugMart a legit online store?

How can I be sure PlugMart is safe to shop from?

Does PlugMart have a physical location?
Yes. While we operate mainly online, we do have a physical pickup and service point located in Nigel, Gauteng. Visits and pickups are by appointment only.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock products: 3–5 working days
Backordered/pre-order items: 10–20 working days
We'll send regular updates and tracking info via email and SMS.
Which courier service do you use?
We work with reliable couriers like The Courier Guy, Fastway, and PUDO for local orders.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. Next-day delivery may be available in selected areas, depending on courier availability and stock location.

Do I need an account to order?
No – guest checkout is available. However, creating a PlugMart account gives you access to order tracking, returns, and faster checkouts.

We offer a 7-day return window for unopened, unused items.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will handle the return at no extra cost.
How do I return a product?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 2 working days.

Where is PlugMart based?
PlugMart is based in South Africa, with our main operations running online. Our dispatch and support hub is located in Gauteng.
Is PlugMart only for South African customers?
We primarily serve South Africa but can ship selected products to neighbouring countries on request (Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, etc.). Please contact support for international orders.
Do you have a mobile app?
We are currently working on a mobile-friendly app. In the meantime, you can shop easily from our mobile-optimized website at www.plugmart.co.za.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse the product you want, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for tracking and faster service.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation immediately after your order is successfully placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — you must contact our support within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track through our courier partner's website.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please take a photo of the product and email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.
Can I request a specific product that's not listed on the site?
Yes – we source many products on demand. Email us your request at custom@plugmart.co.za and we'll let you know availability and price.
How do warranties work if something stops working after a few weeks or months?
Most of our products come with brand warranties. Simply contact us with your order number, and we'll assist with repairs, replacements, or manufacturer claims.
What if I'm not happy with my shopping experience?
