Shipping Policy

Welcome to PlugMart! This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery of products purchased through www.plugmart.co.za
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable courier companies such as:
- The Courier Guy
- Fastway
- PUDO
- Aramex
- and other trusted local couriers
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times for partner-fulfilled items may vary and will be indicated on the product page.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Major Cities | 2–3 business days |
Outlying Areas | 3–5 business days |
Remote or Rural Areas | 4–7 business days |
Note: Estimated delivery times do not include processing time
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight/size of your order
- Whether items are fulfilled by PlugMart or a partner
Free delivery may apply to selected products or promotions
6. Split Shipments
Because PlugMart sells both our own and partner-fulfilled products, your order may arrive in multiple parcels from different sources. You will receive separate tracking details if this applies
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your parcel on our courier’s website or via your PlugMart account dashboard.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the expected timeframe
- Is marked delivered but you have not received it
- Is damaged upon arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours via support@plugmart.co.za. Include your order number and any relevant photos.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. PlugMart is not responsible for delays or loss due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability
- Courier issues beyond our control
