4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using available payment methods (e.g., credit card, EFT, PayFast).
- Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Section 44 of the ECTA, you may cancel an online transaction without penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods unused, in their original condition and packaging.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
Some products such as software, opened electronics, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return, unless faulty.
6.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer laws.

7. Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty periods and conditions vary by item and manufacturer. PlugMart may assist with warranty claims but is not liable for any manufacturer’s failure to honor their warranty.
